Slide the mouse left and right to move Starry, your transformer, and collect the jewels or coins with the same color as you have at each time, with the color-changing when you get to checkpoints. Avoid items of a different color, because instead of making you bigger, they make you smaller.

Grabbing the right items means you get to advance and grow stronger so that in the end you can defeat the final boss of each level, which is usually a Dino Bot. Tap repeatedly on the button in the middle to gather up power and attack, defeating the boss for some extra points before your next adventure/level.
