From the main menu you need to choose between playing in the story mode or free play mode, and, in either case, give your best towards reaching the end of the songs, which is how you win.

To do it, press the arrow keys at the same time as the identical arrow symbols float and match above BF to the right. If you miss them too many times in a row and your health bar depletes, you lose. Good luck, enjoy!
