In each level, to pass it, hit the ball into the hole, and if you can do it hole in one, meaning from one try only, you are going to get even more points at the end of said stages.

Hold the mouse or touch controls on the ball, drag back towards where you want to shoot, and then release to make your shot. Avoid the obstacles on the courses, and try collecting all the golden coins along the way too.
