To defeat her you have to hit all the notes of the song at the right time, something you do use the arrow keys. When arrows match above BF's head, press the same arrow on your keyboard, but make sure not to do it too fast or too early, because that means missing a note, and missing too many notes in a row means losing the song and then the game as well.
