Madness Genesis represents the origin story of many Madness Combat characters, making it a basic flash game that is tons of fun and a fresh experience unlike any you've had here before, as we're talking about a game where you become a grunt, the most basic of characters in this series, but one who needs to battle for survival!

Use WASD to move your character, and use the mouse to aim and shoot guns, but be careful not to run out of bullets, because you will be easily overtaken by the grunt enemies you face. In case you die, restart by pressing the spacebar.
