You will swipe left and right using the mouse or the finger to direct the stickman running, and when you are of a certain color, make sure to run through only the fruits of the same color, since that is how you increase in size and score.
This is because at the end of a level you meet a rival stickman you need to fight, tapping on the button to keep hitting, and if you're bigger you will win and also get some multiplier bonuses.
