This means that when arrow symbols match above BF, at the exact same moment you have to press arrow keys on your keyboard to hit those notes.
Don't miss too many notes in a row, because that will cause you to lose the whole game and be forced to start it again, and you could not want that to happen, right? So, focus, and give it your best!
